1. Fetch data from my health device (WHOOP/Oura/Apple Health).
2. Report: Sleep score, recovery score, HRV, resting HR, strain.
3. Compare to my 7-day and 30-day averages.
4. If recovery is low (<50%), recommend: lighter workout, more sleep, hydration.
5. If sleep was poor (<6h or low quality), suggest earlier bedtime tonight.
6. Weekly: Send a trend summary with graphs (text-based).
