1. Current vs latest versions for each dependency.
2. Upgrade order considering inter-dependencies.
3. For each: known breaking changes and migration steps.
4. One rollback strategy.
5. Estimated effort and risk level.
Do not run npm or any package manager. Output a checklist I can follow.
If I paste package.json, analyze it directly.
